Transnational Project Meetings

We planned to organize five transnational meetings that bring together people from the management teams of all partners for assuring a proper management of the project (scheduling, budgeting, reporting and control, communications, risk management and administrative support), monitoring the activities and the project progress, analyse the results and selfevaluation.

Beside these particular results , in each transnational meeting participants will visit the host partner’s organisation (headquarter, artisans’ workshops and other places, as appropriate), familiarise with their work with seniors/crafts sector and other public and private local/regional institutions dealing with these issues.

As the Covid situation forced us to make more changes in the project development, we re scheduled the whole calendar of activities – including the transnational meetings.
